Here are a few that I like, but remember that you can get vegetarian options in most places. Are you vegan?
You can get fruit, bagels, breads etc in most breakfast places.
PIzza is a good option, if you eat cheese.

Candle 79 on the upper east side is one of the nicer dinner places and it%26#39;s vegan
Gobo in 2 locations is also very good (Asian)
Home on 8th is in a convenient tourist location near the ESB and Macy%26#39;s (8th ave b/w 29-30 st) and gets great reviews (vegan Chinese and other things).

There is a vegan Asian place of Montague Street in Brooklyn that is really good. It%26#39;s called The Green%26#39;s. I%26#39;m not even a vegetarian, but if I lived closer to there I may become one.
