I would like to stay in Greenwich Village area and am looking for budget places under $200/night. I would appreciate any suggestions.

We are going in two weeks, got high recommenditions on the http://www.larchmonthotel.com/ but were disappointed that it was booked for our time. So, we%26#39;ll look it over on this trip and hopefully make reservations for next year much earlier!

Do you need a private bath? The Larchmont is an excellent option but shared baths.

Not many other options under $200. A Greenwich Village Home is an apt. that can be booked for under $200. They wrote on another thread

I am posting this to correct our rate that was posted at $200 per night.

Our rate is $185 per night inclusive of breakfast and all extra charges.
