Hi Guys

We are staying near 80th street and Riverside Drive in Manhattan. What transport would you recommend to use from Newark Airport.

We arrive in Newark on a Friday afternoon.We are looking for something to do in that evening.Dont want much maybe just dinner and drinks as we maybe a bit jet lagged after the flight.any recommeds?

Taxi - FROM THE TAXI DISPATCHER (About $55+tip+tolls for a total of about $70)

Train to Penn Station then Taxi to your hotel ($12 per person+taxi fo about $10)

There are literally dozens of great restaurants and places for drinks within just a few easy blocks of your hotel - just walk east on 80th Street two to four blocks to Broadway, Amsterdam or Columbus Avenues. There are many restaurants on each Avenue, as well as all the streets between - all kinds and prices - you%26#39;ll be sure to find something that you will love. A couple recommendations of places that I particularly enjoyed:

Sarabeth%26#39;s - Amsterdam between 80th %26amp; 81st

Popover Cafe - Amsterdam %26amp; 86th

Cafe Lalo - 83rd between Broadway %26amp; Amsterdam
